I base my view of businesses primarily on communication. I dont know how long it should take to fix my truck, but I do know how quick a phone works. Classic Collision does an amazing job of keeping their customers updated on whats going on with the vehicle, what to expect next, and they kept the insurance company informed as well. The staff is amazingly friendly, and highly professional.
