The repair itself was excellent, truly a 10/10 result, and I will still leave my five-star review on Google because of the quality of the workmanship and pleasent customer service. However, I believe the shop should proactively inform customers about the complimentary detailing and provide the option to decline it. I typically opt out of complimentary cleaning during maintenance appointments, as in-house detailers generally do not meet the standards of professional, dedicated detailing services.
