Amazing, top-notch service. Timely, friendly, informative and delivered! I was concerned and frustrated as it seemed noone in the area, outside of going to Pensacola, would perform work on my Audi RS5. Tina at Classic Collision in Crestview allowed me to come in and she gave me a free look and estimate. There seemed to be only bumper damage and nothing structural. She provided me an initial estimate for the at-fault party's insurance, knowing i could take the car to any shop of my choosing. Tina even had parts looked up, which she informed me were overseas. I let her order and when parts were in, they were ready for me immediately! The car was done in less than two days, the front desk communicated with the insurance for added charges while I was working and up until I went to receive the car. The car was perfect, color, lines, sensors (it has a lot) and all! The car was waiting for me, looking cleaner than what I brought it as. The entire staff I dealt with, or was simply around was friendly and very helpful. They relieved my worry I had with anyone touching my car. Straight up and helpful from the beginning. I highly recommend them for anyone's collision repair.

Great experience! I was concerned and not knowing where to take my car due to seemingly noone outside of Pensacola would perform body work or maintenance on an Audi. The mgr, Tina, gave me a rundown of the Pensacola location and it's time frames, etc. She helped me out and offered to give a look at an initial estimate of the car, no charge, knowing I could then take the estimate to any shop I wanted to. As there appeared to be no structural or mechanical damage, she said they could work it and I decided to pursue the option of the Crestview location. Tina, Melissa and staff got to work searching for parts and I had them order from overseas. The parts came in early and I was able to bring my car in immediately. The car was completed less than 2 days, all sensors and codes cleared, nothing appearing wrong. The body color match, bumper and diffuser lines all perfect! My car was sitting out front, clean and detailed down to the wheels, shinier than when I brought it in! The manager and staff at Crestview Classic Collision went above and beyond for me. I expressed my concerns about trusting my RS-5 to anyone, and they tool care of me. Definitely a top service location!
