This was the first time I had to get a repair at a body shop and let me tell u it was beautiful when I picked it up. Ed goes above and beyond when it comes to cars. Car looked brand new. I will definitely use Classic collision when I need a repair. Not 5 star's but 10 star's. Melissa, Olivia the whole team was great and more than I expected. Thank You!

It just took longer than they told me it would take. I would have also liked to have received calls/texts with updates on how things were going. Originally, I was told about 14 days. Ended up taking 24 days. I had called a few times after the 14 day mark to get an update and they told me almost done you should get a call tomorrow to come pick it up. Well, that turned into 2 more calls to ask about my car before I was told I could pick it up. 1st call I was told it was still in reassembly and I should get a call the next day to pick it up. Second call I was told they had an incorrect fog light. Third call I was told it was at the alignment shop should get a call to pick up tge next day. The car came out looking back to normal and they did work with me on 2 claims so they did get tge job done. The people at the shop were really kind and respectful throughout the process. I'd say 4/5 stars for an overall rating. I just would have liked more calls/txts for accurate updates or where my car was in the whole process.
