Although I feel the company was negligent due to them causing more body damage to the car (an employee backed into my car after original repairs were complete), they were diligent in making repairs quickly and it looks like they did a good job. They were polite and extremely apologetic. I do feel that they could have offered me some sort of compensation due to their negligence, however.

Tina handled the issue with my car within a few days. She contacted me very quickly with an estimate and full explanation of what needed to be done. My car was done on time and for a third of the price the worst case scenario could have been. I have done business with the people at Classic Collusion for years and would never consider taking any of my vehicles anywhere else. This was a very minor job, yet I got the same treatment as if it had been thousands of dollars. I am always very pleased with service from Classic Collision.

When I dropped my vehicle off I was very clear the contractor who caused the damage to the hood of my truck would be paying ( he lives in Wewahitchka FL) the bill with his credit card. In your line of business 3rd party payments have to be common. When I called to see if I could pick the truck up, I was informed ( for the first time) they would not take his payment. I offered to give my credit card for insurance just in case anything strange happened. The regional manager was there and never once spoke with me and he heard both my complaints. The lady up front asked him and it was an adamant no. He literally was standing 5 ft away listening to my complaint when I picked up the truck. The lady at pick up was as nice as she could be as she was taking my complaint. I own the property across the street from your shop so I drove by the business 2-3 times a day. One day it was actually storming rain so bad you couldn’t see in front of you. After it stopped raining I drove by to see if my engine compartment was covered or the truck moved inside….neither.
