Kurt was helpful at explaining things as the financial numbers were concerning at first , was well tho! I had an appointment on wed and I thought it was to start work however it was not and we had to wait on a caliber? Overall pleased with how my car looked when I picked it up, only thing was a deer whistle missing! I missed my car and I thought it would be a quicker process however the insurance was a lot of the issue! Thanks for Kurt and his expert advice and for him for going thru trouble with repositioning claim ! Job well done! They even vacuumed the vehicle! Thanks Angela , and hopefully won’t come back as I do not need to be rear ended again and be charged because the truck vehicle hit me in rear and didn’t stick around so I was charged for hitting person in front of me ! Thank you Kurt for explaining things when it was difficult to understand! Appreciate you!

Thought the deer whistle was included but otherwise pleased! Just a little time before work was started and that when I first went there I assumed work was being performed , maybe order parts before customer leaves vehicle , so work may begin upon arrival of vehicle.
