Customer service was excellent from everyone I talked to. I was kept informed of the progress on my vehicle and it was finished several days ahead of schedule. My vehicle looks fantastic, better than before the accident. My family and I will use Classic Collision every time we need any type of body work. We are long time customers. Excellent customer service as always. I was kept abreast of the progress of my vehicle continually. It was finished several days earlier than expected in spite of issues with USAA wanting to use substandard parts. The vehicle looks better than before the accident. Everyone at Classic Collision was courteous, professional and welcoming throughout the whole process. We would not take our vehicles anywhere else for body work. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Great job. It was a very big job and the end results were very good. I'm also a painter by trade so I know what a good product looks like and they gave me a great finished product. Their customer service (Melissa) is what made me choose them over other body shops in town. She was very informative in the how the insurance process works. I will definitely recommend them to others. They have my business from here forward.

Well I am aware that customer service in most businesses I visit has really reached an all time low. No one seems to understand it's importance. This body shop however has not forgotten. All staff was and is extremely polite and friendly helpful willing to talk to customer and I was so impressed with their standards of professionalism. I will tell everyone I run across regarding needing the services of a body shop to make a point to use this body shop. I could not tell my car had ever been damaged. I have zero complaints. Everytime I was in the office everyone I made contact with and just in general was most happy to be of service. I can't see why this company would ever run low on business certainly not because of there integrity. Thanks again to all of the employees to a most pleasant experience. Especially, regarding a car accident. If that is not stressful enough to go to a company that has organization, is on top of their customers needs.
