All my years living in Miami, I’ve been blessed not to have ever been involved in an accident. So when my car was damaged in a parking garage I really had no idea what I needed to do. I’m so happy that I went with Classic Collision, I drive by there all the time after leaving the post office. Setting up an appointment and coming in to have my car serviced was so easy thanks to Karla. She explained everything on the forms that I had to sign and called Enterprise to come pick me up to get my rental. I couldn’t believe that they would do that for me. Next, I talked to Luis and he listened to my concerns with the possibly of damage being underneath the car. He didn’t rush me and even offered to check the section that I thought may have underlying damage. I appreciate that I got regular texts letting me know the estimate for the other driver and how the progress of the car repairs were coming. I couldn’t believe that I got my car even sooner than expected. When I went to pick up the car, again Karla went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the repairs and if I had any issues to call them. The repair guys did a fantastic job. It doesn’t even look like my car had any damage. I highly recommend this business for body repair. I’m so pleased with the whole experience. Thank you to everybody.

The whole process of having my car repaired was so easy. Karla was very helpful and explained everything that would be happening with the car repair. I also worked with Luis who listened to my concerns with possible damage being underneath the back bumper. I appreciate all the texts with the updates on the progress of the repairs and was pleasantly surprised when I received the car back sooner than expected. It doesn’t even look like my car had been in a accident. I highly recommend Classic Collision. Thanks for everything.

The team was very professional fast. He did an amazing job. My only complaint would be that my car was full of dust on the interior and it had some spots dried paint on the leather of my chair and on the interior driver door. And my convertible hood was full of dust.
