My experience was not pleasant at all, I am still having to do work to my truck and they overcharge me for a work. I did not ask them to perform. Parts were left inside my cab that I still had to attach myself after I received a vehicle since I lost trust in them and would not take my vehicle back to them. I can honestly write a 3 to 5 page horrible review on the experience I have. The shop manager Greg is extremely rude and walked away before we ended our conversation. My vehicle still has gaps on the floorboard from them not repairing the body correctly and some of the new plastic moldings they put on have several scratches from them, not taking caution when replacing them. My interior is missing a piece that was there when I took it into the shop. The bottom of my front bumper molding isn’t even attached correctly or they use the wrong part. My front bumper is sagging down, still and not adjusted correctly. Overall, I would not recommend that collision shop to anyone for repair repairs.

Very dissatisfied with the overall repair and the shop manager, Greg. Very rude. Just one more example of them, not paying attention to detail. I went to go open my tailgate and it slammed down. Then later on I found a piece in the cab of my truck and when I looked up the piece, it happened to be a tailgate dampener that they never put back on. I had to take apart, my rear tail light and spend a few hours trying to research how to put this part back on because they just threw it inside my cab rather than putting it back on the tailgate.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The staff was very friendly. Everything was explained to me and I was continuously updated via text as to what was going on with the repairs. All the estimated times were exceeded. And the end results of the repairs are seem less. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Because the vehicle was hit from the side the alignment is off. I haven't driven it much however if I let go of the steering wheel it drifts to the left. I was also told because the other party was at fault their insurance would cover all charges. I had to pay $500 out of pocket before I could get the car.
