This has been by far the BEST EXPEREINCE I have had with classic collision. Ms. Kathleen the office manager from the beginning of calling the office looking for a place to repair my car was so very kind. Very helpful, respectful, and informative. She helped the process which was my first time very easy and smooth. When I went to the office to drop my car off she was helpful the other employees were amazing also, very kind and the process of ordering my rental communicating with my insurance and and car rental has been such a help with Ms. Kathleen . What an amazing person and the person working on my car was informative upon picking up my car and I really felt comfortable. I would recommend anyone anytime. Such a great experience top 1,000 percent.

My car is not fixed. Since I was picking it up, I showed the repairer all the concerns. The precollision is not working and when I am driving the car , I couldn’t change any lines without putting the signal on now it doesn’t work that’s mean something is not fixing properly. So I called last week they told me they were going to call me back they never did.

People think it looks like new. I told everyone about the mirror light but maybe not on the estimate. VERY nice people and made it easy on an old lady esp with rental car. Thanks everyone and Kathleen for putting up with my calls ☺️😆

A couple small things with the car like the light on the driver's side mirror. I pointed out to 1st guy that came and took pics and then to Elvis ( my 1st walk around guy). I am sorry I forgot name of second very nice guy and he is working on it. BUT CAR ITSELF LOOKS GREAT. And People at the place are Very Pleasant and so easy to work with . Also for them to work with Enterprise and even return the rental car WAS SO NICE . THank you to Kathleen for helping me out
