Would like to see friendlier customer service at the front desk. Yolanda Ortiz was more concerned about helping the next customer before she was finished helping me. Additionally, I should have been made aware that the grill was on back order and would take time to arrive (the service tech Mark Fullem) couldn't even give me an estimated delivery time, nor was he able to tell me whether it would be weeks or months. Had I known I would be asked to pick up my car before it was completely repaired, I would have received service at another shop. I feel the entire experience was unprofessional and I plan to let my insurance provider know, since it was Geico who recommended Classic Collision.

The job was done very well restored to before the accident but I asked the guy that helped me I believe his name is mark not sure to se about fixing the top of the bumper that was scratched he assumed I wanted included with my claim and not pay for it ,I thought that was out of line from him I made it clear that wasn't the case so he told me he would have the painter look into it and that they would called me with an estimate but it never happened so it didn't get done, when I picked the truck up I asked why and the same guy told me he forgot about it and he had gone on vacation.

Classic collision was extremely quick on having the vehicle, having the parts, and it didn't took long to repairs the vehicle. No need to wait for several weeks or months. The office is very professional and friendly staff. I am extremely satisfied with Classic Collision and the adjuster Julio. I will definitely recommended. Another thing parts a lifetime guarantee if you own the vehicle.
