What a great and professional shop! My mother and I have always had a problem with autobody shops. They either charge a rediculious amount or they canât perform their services well. Carolina Auto Body exceeded my expectations and more! What a professional and clean honest service! The manager worked with us through out the entire transaction and even had the car to us a day early when we said we wanted it back by. They did everything to accommodate our every need and even noticed some flaws on the car from previous body work we had gotten done at a shop before we found Carolina Auto Body. We will no longer go anywhere else but here. A contemporary And bueatiful you spotless waiting room and once again impeccable service. I would recommend to any friends and family. From the minute I walked in, the receptionist greeted me, introduced me to Trevor who took all my info and assured me all would be taken care of. The other gentleman canât recall his name was helpful too. From start to finish, EVERY single person was extremely helpful and they did a phenomenal job with the car, 100%satisfaction on customer service and to top it off, my car was ready with in the day! Thank you to all! Made this unpleasant accident a positive and seamless experience.
