I have pretty good insight and attitude your success to Jake!! His manner of explaining things accurately was impressive since I was having the Cadillac dealership perform the repairs, and only having to go to the Geico office at your location did I change my mind and have Jake fix my 2017 Cadillac XT5 with 4000 Miles. Jake was very knowledgeable and actually was not soliciting my business directly, I actually asked him to fix my car due to the impression I had of him and your establishment.
