I have been told on several occasions someone would return my call or my car would be ready in a few days. After 4 weeks and only a 3k repair, I called the manager and was told he would call me back one way or the other... And yet still no call

I had a horrible experience with classic collision but once the manager Kevin took things in his control he followed through with everything thing he said he would do and I'm very grateful for that thank you Kevin for keeping your word and following through with everything u said in the end my car looks good and everything that happened was resolved thanks to the manager kevin thank u my end result my car looks good

Looks better than when I bought it. Attention to detail and patience dealing with my terrible insurance. They noticed something I didn’t even see and out of perfectionism repainted. Very pleased with the outcome!
