Isabel called and left me a voicemail that my car would be ready the next day. I called the next morning to see what time it would be ready, Isabel didn’t have a time to give me, but said she’d call me to let me know, she never called me. I left work in West Palm early to get there, got there at about 4:30pm, and they said my car was not ready, but it should be the next day. I wasted my time going there when it wasn’t ready, then had to leave work early again the next day to pick it up. Had Isabel paid attention, monitored the progress of the car, and called to tell me to cancel picking up the car, that would have been fine. Obviously, that didn’t happen.

I was told on Monday that the car would be ready on Friday. I called on Friday morning and was told that I would receive a call from them in the afternoon when it was ready. However the call came too late for me to pick up the car- consequently I had to keep the rental car until Monday morning. When I picked up the car I was given two bills for payment but the bill for the insurance company was not my bill, it belonged to a different customer. Although I was charged the correct amount I hope that the bill that was sent to Progressive was the right one, as the one I got was for a much larger amount.

The repairs took a little longer than I had expected but that was not the fault of is the fault of the shop. They kept Sending the wrong part but Harry was terrific and kept on them. He finally received the correct piece that he needed.
