Took much longer than anticipated. Not open on weekends which means instead of having to keep my car two extra days, they kept it 4 extra days.

They aren't open over the weekend so when my car wasn't ready by Friday, they had to keep it an extra 4 days instead of two. The service was good, but that was incredibly inconvenient.

paint job and trim installation was sloppy. dust was embedded in the paint which was unacceptable. trim installed had gaps, which gives me worry they will fall off over time

State farm did not send my appt information to CC. Upon arrival, although i did not have an appt. in their system, they were kind enough to assess my car and order parts so I did not have to come back at a later date. They forewarned me due to supplier constraints with parts that it may take 2-3 weeks for parts to come in. To my surprise, they were in in a week and they had me come back and had my car fixed/recalibrated and in my hands in one week and the work was quality. Very very happy with the staff and service.

When a customer either walks into the front office or places a phone call, Sara responds first, being an excellent buffer for her coworkers, Isabella and Harry (estimator). She only passes questions to them when she does not know the answer. This makes the most efficient use of everyone’s time, including the customer. Harry on his own provided over the top customer service. He first showed a picture of the pieces of the front bumper. It was obvious that only skilled artistic mechanics possessed the craftsmanship to take it apart for the paint job and put it back together. Harry further explained that the hood of the car is made from Aluminum and the front bumper from Plastic, making it difficult to perfectly match the paint color. Although there is no distinction in color at the moment, it is helpful and honest customer service to know that once the paint has totally cured, there might be a slight difference. This will not be of concern because Harry’s excellent customer service let me know of this possible occurrence. Due to Classic Collision’s busyness, there was a chance my car might not be ready on Friday but rather on Monday of the following week. Harry “was shooting” for Friday and he made it happen. In conclusion, everyone in the front office showered me with courtesy, personal attention and the willingness to answer all my concerns. Such treatment is just as commendable as the work on my vehicle. Classic Collision provides the great combination of skill with cars as well as with people. Thank you so much for a fantastic job.

Still waiting for my car. No one at CC has been in touch. We had to make all the calls to find out the status of our repairs. It's been more than 2 months and still no car. Communication is very poor.
