La Radford, 2017, estuvo un mes en el taller, teniendo que decirles que yo estaba pagando mi propio transporte, ya no podía más para que me la pudieran entregar y la recibí el día miércoles 1 de julio a las ocho de la mañana. La parte que pintaron quedó con gotas de que no se hizo un buen trabajo. El foco izquierdo trasero está reventado y sólo dicen que el seguro no lo puso para arreglar, cuándo es parte del del daño al vehículo. Me hicieron sacar el vehículo ese día por la mañana y que regresar el día lunes para arreglarlo, porque ellos ya habían firmado el ticket de qué yo me lo llevaba el día anterior, lo cual no es correcto. Necesito que por favor autoricen el Stock trasero izquierdo y arreglen los desperfectos que dejaron

Horrible service, the front desk receptionist was calling me ma’am disrespectful, when clearly I am a guy. The car has been in the shop for over a month already and we have to return it back because the job done was not properly completed. When the car was returned the guy at the service said “ at this time” instead of acknowledging the problem. The lady over the phone was really defensive. And the manager never called me back. They never gave me an estimate date to pick up my car. This is unprofessional unacceptable and disrespectful.

I had a great experience working with CC. They give accurate time estimates, they work closely with rental companies for you to be picked up/dropped of, also have texting system with repair updates. The staff is friendly especially at the front desk. Highly recommend them for your repairs.

My car car took more time that expected, but im completly satisfied. My car look like a new one, there is no difference in in the body paint. They are very profecional and all the time are in contact with the customer about every repair steps.
