I brought my car to Classic Collision Doral to repair the rear bumper. After receiving the car, I noticed that the Blind Spot Indicator (BSI) system was malfunctioning, and there were also multiple scratches on the front bumper that were not present before. I contacted Classic Collision again, and they took the car back to attempt a repair. However, after receiving the car for the second time, I found new scratches on the backside of the side rearview mirror, and the Blind Spot Indicator issue still remains unresolved. The dashboard continues to show repeated warning messages related to the system. I informed Classic Collision about these ongoing issues, and they told me they would contact me back. It has now been more than a week, and neither have they contacted me nor responded to my multiple text messages. What started as a simple rear bumper repair has resulted in multiple additional scratches, unresolved safety concerns, and significant inconvenience. I have already had to visit the shop four times and may still need to return again for the remaining issues. This has been both time-consuming and expensive, especially since I had to arrange Uber transportation each time after dropping off my car. I would like to speak directly with the manager regarding this matter and request a proper resolution.
