They had my vehicle from 9/6/2024 to 10/18/2024. Sam, the manager, promised that they would pay my car rental the last 3 days since they had put parts on the the suspension that were not approved by Nationwide. That amount total is $123.84. I still have not received nor heard back from him about this even after taking my vehicle back and speaking directly to him.

I received a message that my car was finished on Friday Oct 18, and that Classic Collison would call to schedule a pick up time. I called around 3pm and message said closed at noon. I called on Monday, spoke to call center. They advised me to go check on my car. I drove to location in Forest City NC. I paid for my car and went home. Later that day I realized all the work had not been completed.
