The back and forth with the price and my insurance was very frustrating. I do not feel like terms and pricing that aligned with those terms were adequately explained the first time I was spoken with, which led to what felt like a lot of run around and wasted time for me.

You didn’t do the work that was stated when I dropped it off, the technician who checked me out agreed but didn’t care at all that I wasn’t satisfied Will let progressive know of my poor experience and that of this employee who reflects poorly of this business

The intake tech and I spent a lot of time discussing things to be corrected and none were addressed beyond the basic repair . She said there will be extra paint and can do some touch ups but none were completed . When I brought it to her attention at vehicle pick her attitude was that of I could care less and not I’m sorry or how do I make it right
