From the moment I dropped my car off unitl the day that I picked it up was excellent. I have never had work done before with an auto body shop and this was the best place I could have sent my car to be fixed. The customer service was outstanding and I never went a day without an update from them. My car was clean and looked brand new when they finished the work. Stacie was amazing at answering any questions we had. She was very responsive and helpful. The GM for the Gainesville location was very helpful the day we picked up the vehicle. He let us know about enterprise would pick up the vehicle from them. He was very friendly.

I had a great experience. I was originally told around 1.5 week completion time and per my request yall where able to get in done in 2 days. Absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning with any repairs I need in the future. I got a phone call every day for an update, so there was great communication as well! I really appreciated that. It looks like yall took the extra step and even did a little vacuuming and cleaning of the interior! Again, I had a great experience!
