After picking up my vehicle, I discovered that none of the headlights, fog lights, turn signals, or high beams were plugged in. This makes it evident that the bumper was installed without proper attention to detail and without a final quality check. I do not understand how a vehicle could be returned to a customer without testing all exterior lights, as this is a basic and critical safety step. This experience was very disappointing and concerning. That said, the customer service at the front desk was polite and respectful. From the initial phone call through payment and paperwork, I was satisfied with the professionalism and communication. I strongly recommend that the shop be evaluated on its procedures for reassembling vehicles—especially when installing bumpers—and on ensuring all work is fully completed and tested before returning a vehicle to the customer.
