I was told a OEM bumper and it absolutely is not a NEW as in BRAND NEW OEM BUMPER.. Everyone else done there job great except for putting the OEM REPLACEMENT BUMPER THAT HAS zero dirt on the inside of the bumper and looked as shiny minus the scratches from accident I would rate you as a 10 but this alone makes it go to a 2
