First release date, refused repair due to run in the paint. Second release date, adhesive needed to be removed from the side mirror and the stripping on the floor board. There were dusty handprints all over the inside passenger door panel. Detailing failed to prep the vehicle as expected for a customer to pick up the vehicle. After getting the vehicle home, I noticed scratches in the back bumper and more sticker residue. Returning to the shop today to check the damage and determine if they will fix it or not. The office manager was highly apologetic and fixed many of the issues personally but they should verify the car is as perfect as possible before wasting the customers time on a poor quality paint job.

From drop off to pick up even with some hiccups between the whole team was very helpful and made sure I got my vehicle back in better condition than I left it. They got parts and repair done in lightning time and I hardly remember it was damaged in the first place! I highly recommend!
