I would tell them great work done but exceptionally long labor time. For me if all went well it would have been 7 weeks.

Incredibly responsive and reassuring. They clearly have the expertise and technical ability to repair high end cars. My service advisor Rebecca Whitney went above and beyond to ensure my 2023 RS3 was completely restored and like new. I would never take any of my Audis to get worked on anywhere else.

What A wonderful group of people starting with Stephanie. She is absolutely wonderful, hard-working, kind and caring. Jason was also pretty amazing, but I ended up being blessed with Randall who is absolutely the best he is kind, hard-working, diligent, resourceful, and one of the nicest men I’ve met in a long time. Everything was done extremely well & quickly, along with extra added benefits, such as washing my car and cleaning it out. It was just an all-around positive outstanding amazing experience.

Jason was absolutely amazing with his effort and energy to work and have my car completed. With all the obstacles faced when the repairs were underway. He kept me up to date with all the latest information and ETAs with the repairs. Jason reached out to me several times during my repair to see if I had any questions regarding the process.
