The repair visually looks almost perfect. I found that there was lots of overspray/buffing that needs to be finished. For a small repair, this took 3 weeks.

Your company turned over in the time my car was being handled. The original person handling my car left apparently. So there was some confusion over how things were going to proceed. Whitney, who took over, was cheerful and helpful and looked like she was trying her best.

Seems like a lot of excuses we’re heard while waiting in lounge, which were blamed on car makers and not repair shop

Lots of hurtles and having to make lots of calls to check and monitor progress. Overall outcome of repairs we good. Just had issues with costumer service.
