Lots of delays. Ruined parts coming in, and truck bed dented. Detailer did literally nothing on inside or outside of truck and left residue all over the chrome trim inside. No real updates given unless I called. System always showed incorrect dates.

What a great place! Amazing work on my repairs, detail cleaning of my car, texts throughout the week with updates! Exceptional customer service. They even took care of my rental car. Customer service like this is not common these days. I will be back, even for self-pay car repairs.

Classic collision did amazing work on my 4Runner. The customer service was outstanding as well. Tom went out of his way to assess my vehicle for damage and ensure that he knew exactly what needed to be repaired. The quality of the work was outstanding. The staff ensured I was taken care of in terms of a rental car as well. I could not believe how clean my 4Runner was afterwards! I will be coming back if services are needed even if it is a self-pay situation!
