Little details were not taken care of. Like my Quattro badge was not reinstalled. It was unceremoniously left in the center console.

Ali was so professional and understanding. I didn’t know that my car would be detailed clean when I picked it up. Really nice surprise. You kept up regular communication with my insurance company so I didn’t have to do anything in that regard. And lastly, you were able to save me the hassle of returning the rental car!!
