The starting communication was great with the south location. Then my suv was moved to garden of gods and everything started good until drop off. They called and said the vehicle was completed and we will bring it to you because we transferred it to a different location. I asked to meet me at the enterprise on Platte and Circle near the south location at 4pm. They agreed. At 410 I called to verify they said they were in route. At 440 I called again. The lady stated the waited to long and left you need to call the driver. I called the driver and he said oh sorry I went to Herts I dropped your car at the south location. So I had to walk because enterprise had no drivers to get my car and almost missed my daughter senior night.
