Was quite frustrated on June 19 when I was trying to get in touch with someone and nobody answered the phone for over an hour and a half. And it was before closing hours. My rental was due to be turned in and I had no communication and my car was supposed to be done. It was quite frustrating because of the lack of communication. I don’t think I’d come back. The car seems to be good though.
