Communication about repairs and timeline weren't communicated consistently and effectively. I would have to call to check on my vehicle, and I didn't get calls back at times. The repair itself was great, and they were good when they communicated with me!

I have not driven the vehicle very much since it was picked up ln this past Thursday but everything seems to be in perfect order.

The customer service was excellent. They kept me updated from day one on what was going on and the expected time that the repair would be completed. *** Did come back and edit this section as not sure where else to put this comment. Did have quite a bit of cardboard boxes and material in the back of the vehicle, not sure if this is procedure to show where some of the part came from or what; but would rather have just not had the cardboard material and boxes in the vehicle when I picked it up. I just tossed it in the recycling bin but it almost filled my bin up.

Length of time it took to get vehicle back, ambient air sensor was left hanging in engine compartment, vehicle was returned with engine symbol on because a hose was left off to one of the turbo boosters
