I don’t like that I was told my car would be ready for pick by 5 pm on Friday, March 18 and when I arrived I waited 1 hour for my car. I called prior twice and was told the car was almost ready and then told it was ready it just needed to be washed. When I arrived I was told the same thing again and then had to wait 1 hour with my infant baby.

Some of my co-workers experienced much longer repair times for the same type and amount of damage with other body shops. I appreciated that repairs were completed within the allowed car rental period, and that the result looks great. Office staff was also helpful and courteous. I recommended this shop to a friend just today.

They did the job quick & got me the car back the same day. However, took months before call that parts were in. And I noticed they used my old under wheel carriage instead of putting a new one in? I guess they decided not to change it?
