The repair work was a 10; but the repair time took too long. We were told every week that the car would be ready in just a couple of days for 5 weeks. Edwin and Jessica are very good employees and the operation is just too busy.

Overall really good experience; except the front desk lady - her attitude is not suitable for customer service, and her customer service skills are non existent. Other than that, as a whole - everyone else went above and beyond.

The service provider I think it was Edwin was very helpful, however I didn’t care for the snarky attitude of the receptionist. When I called for an update called I felt like I was offending her for asking with the tone of her voice, and every other time I spoke to her, the result was the same.
