The majority of the process went very smoothly and communication throughout the time my truck was with you was great. Everybody spoke to was friendly and helpful. When I received the truck there was an area of the hood that was not polished out correctly and so appeared whitish and dull. The driver side front door had work done to it and the matt black badging attached to it was removed. The black bedroom was replaced with brushed nickel badging, which doesn't match the rear or passenger side badging of the vehicle. The employee who dropped off the truck was very friendly and very nice and said that I could stop by the shop anytime and have the hood buffed out to remove the whitest doll section. I do not live in Santa Barbara. The employee also stated that we could also arrange for someone to come out and clean that up. I reported the issue with the badging vir the ongoing text strand and I'm waiting to hear back. Given the extent of the replacement parts to the front and driver side of the vehicle, including the hood, I assume a quick walk around would have been done and the error in badging would have been identified. This was a very expensive repair job so the expectation in terms of level of quality is fairly High.

Classic collision, when completely above and beyond what I had ever expected. They took my car in immediately. And completed the work immediately and quoted a price that was far more than reasonable compared to anywhere else, I highly recommend both their management staff, their administrative staff, and their technical staff as they surely know exactly what they're doing there. I will go back again and again. Highly recommend.
