Exterior parts, front grill, fender not slightly misaligned. A plastic part or cover was inside the vehicle on the floor, we don't know what it's from or where it goes.

Communication was poor. We were provided with an online estimate tool for cost and estimated time of repair completion. This was never accurate. I was not aware that the service representative that we spoke with to inquire about completion time was not physically located at the repair facility. This service rep was not up to date on repair status and told us the vehicle would be ready by end of day (several separate days) and we went to pick up and was told that it would still be several days. The office promised "tomorrow by noon" multiple days, and "definitely by the end of the week" at least twice.
