My request is for the company to hire a mechanical engineer or have a third party in charge of mechanical section so that every thing regarding a car accident is handled by the collision company.

Oozi did a great job communicating updates. It did take a while but overall my wife and I are satisfied with the work done. We specifically asked to not use after market parts and our request was honored. We would definitely recommend your shop to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience working with Uzziel who helped me through the entire process of getting my car repaired at the body shop. From start to finish, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He informed me with every step of the way, clearly explained what needed to be done, and made sure I understood the timeline. What could have been a stressful situation was made much easier thanks to his communication and attention to detail. It was so convenient and helpful that they work with Enterprise car rental where I dropped off the rental car and was given a ride to the shop to pick up my car. When I picked up my car, the repairs looked great and the whole process felt seamless, I was very shocked how quick they did the repairs to my car. I truly appreciate their dedication to great customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.
