This is by far the best auto body establishment I’ve ever been to. First informals the building and Office is spotlessly clean. Even the work shop the body shop is spotlessly clean, which is unheard of. Then to the staff, the staff is courteous, efficient, and extremely kind. Their customer service is like no other. They are also one of the most affordable operations I’ve ever seen. I would recommend them 1000% to anybody who is looking for a great affordable top-notch and extremely extremely professional body shop. Oh, and I forgot to mention their work is impeccable. My car came out looking brand new.

The car repair ended up looking amazing and very satisfied with the way the vehicle looks. However, the professionalism of the mechanics was horrible. When I picked up my car, I found a random license plate in my trunk and a wax bottle. The wax bottle spilled in my trunk and ruined my jacket! I hope no one experiences this. On top of that, trying to contact them about the status of my car and when I would be expecting to pick it up was a nightmare. I kept receiving the run around, no definite answer and no one reached out to me I had to reach out to them.

After someone hit our BMW while we were sitting at a light, we were stressed and upset. Our insurance sent us to Classic Collision, and we were immediately impressed by how professional and clean the shop was. Juan was fantastic—he walked us through the process, took the lead on all the insurance headaches, and finished the work right on schedule.
