Great experience with the company, they went above my expectations in repairing the quoted work and even repaired a scratch not on the quoted sections. Josh, the frontman, is very personable and Frank, the owner, is knowledgeable and thorough. Frank worked with me on parts I could purchase at lower than his cost to save me money. Great shop for collision repair.

I am very pleased with the work classic collision did on my car. Brian was incredibly accommodating and did a really good job helping with my insurance agency and getting a rental car while mine was being repaired. They got the work done very quickly. Within the time I had rental car usage and the repair was very well done and I am extremely satisfied. I would certainly go and work with Brian again.

Received vehicle back on 10/31. Discovered running light not working on 11/1. Reported to them on 11/3. On 11/4 check engine light came on. Reported on 11/4. Tire is rubbing on inside of fender and originally thought we could take care of it ourselves but cannot. Reported on 11/5. From 11/3 until today have been told they would get someone to check it out- remote tech. Communication has been horrible. I have to follow up on undelivered promises. Its been extremely frustrating. Communication prior to Chaak leaving was better. He was proactive. Brian is nice on the phone and empathetic but does not communicate well. I am extremely frustrated and wish I had gone to the Ford body shop instead of Travelers recommendation.

The washer fluid sensor is on but it is full. The window does not roll down. There are scratches on the rim that were not there.

I have called to discuss my concerns and told them would get back to me but over a week passed and I have not heard anything. I was told that I could bring to a shop near Thornton where I am located but have not heard back about that.

For a simple glass repair, it took almost two weeks. They couldn’t find the key to my vehicle for several days…apparently the tow truck person put it under the hood attached to the battery? Why this wasn’t communicated to Classic Collision is weird to me.

I was told my car would be ready by end of week (Friday), it wasn’t. No one let me know this. Instead I had to call Monday afternoon wondering what the status was. I didn’t pick up my car till Tuesday evening.
