Needed new side mirror and they found used mirror that match perfectly. After they found mirror, called with appointment. Installed and washed car in less than hr. Perfect job. Staff friendly.

I was notified that my vehicle was ready at 4:30. Because the rental car company closed at 5 I was unable to organize dropping the rental car and get to the Collision Center by 5:30. I was charged $132 by the rental car company for use of the vehicle. Additionally the final trim piece that was installed was put on backwards.

The estimate process was a breeze. I was informed that I would be contacted to schedule getting my car in. I received no phone call. I waited 48 hours. I had to call to schedule the work. I was notified late on Friday that my car was ready. I would have preferred to be given more notice. Because I could not organize to get to Collision Center within an hour I was charged for the rental car over the weekend.
