It was a bit unnerving dealing with each delay because it meant contacting my insurance co.for an extention for my rental car.

It would be helpful if someone would call at 4;00 to tell people if their car would be finished or not. I was dealing with a rental car which closed at 5:00. I always had to make that call to your company.

Customer service great! I was told truck would be ready on a Friday and I live out of state and truck wasn't ready until Monday. I went to pick up and there was orange peel on fender and it was done that afternoon and it was satisfactory.

High number of labor hours assigned to a small dent repair (22 hrs)

Classic collision holly hill, florida fixed my car after a small collision. Ms Devin did a very good job in the job analysis, scheduling and final delivery. Ms Devin has good customer service skills. The only complaint I have is the high cost Classic Collision Holly Hill charges for labor. At the rate of $71, they charged for 22 hours. I know for certain that the small dent repair DID NOT TAKE 22 hours ($1,560). So I know that Classic Collision overcharges it's clients for hours of labor. I will never comeback here due to the high number of labor hours it overcharged me.
