Body work was great but you missed some of the detail work to finish up the car like dirt/dust/ buffing residue in the top compartment and trunk lid.

Brun, and the front office staff are wonderful people to work with. They made everything seamless and easy. Brun explained everything, showed me how the work would progress and paid attention to all of my questions. I had never been to a shop where I was treated so nicely and the staff was very attentive. The work was completed on time and my X5 looks brand new again. Thank you for a great job and a wonderful staff. I will surely recommend your shop.it was a great experience.

Being committed to overall satisfaction means writing down every detail of what the customer is telling you needs to be fixed and fixing it on the vehicle, not making your own assumption. Especially if you haven't test driven the car. It doesn't matter the value of the car whether it's a Toyota or a Porsche it should be treated the same if the customer trusts you with the job. Other than that the service reps on Great and very professional.

They claim that they told travelers all about the repairs that were needed, none of the interior repairs that were damaged and my front right headlight that was not out of place fixed. They said that Travelers will not pay for it so they couldn't fix it. But Travelers said that they never reported it so either way I go I was not too happy with how I was treated from both sides..
