Great customer service at the State rd facility. Followed up with me through the entire experience. Had an additional cost and they called first to review and get approval. They gave me some options and we were able to adjust some things so I didn't end up paying any additional costs.

I really appreciated the text updates on the status of the repairs. I’ve never had another auto body shop keep me informed during the repair process. When I picked my vehicle up, it was clean and the repairs looked great. The general manager came out to greet me directly and take me out to my car. Overall, I would describe the experience as quick, hassle-free, and comfortable.
