Thank you for the quick turnaround. You did a flawless job. Your painter should have matched the paint to the age of the car. That's my only complaint. Any painter can match the original color, but it takes a master painter to match the paint of the age.

I took my car to this shop after an accident, and I personally brought all the necessary parts, including a brand new license plate light bulb, because one of the lights stopped working after the crash. Although the parts were installed and the car looks fine on the outside, the job was left incomplete. After finishing the work, I was told the light still was not working because another piece was damaged, but nobody gave me the option to fix it at that moment or properly explained the situation before completing the job. They basically left the issue unresolved and told me they would call me later, which has still not happened. What is frustrating is that now I will most likely have to return and pay labor costs again for something that could have been handled during the same visit. I felt there was a lack of attention to detail and little effort to fully complete the repair properly.

My experience with Classic Collision was exceptional. My car was ready before the time estimated. It was cleaned from top to bottom. I was given an explanation of the repairs and the receptionist in the waiting room was friendly, even making sure I got Cuban coffee when I told her how much I loves it!
