The level of communication and service was excellent. The quality of the repair is amazing. Scheduling was easy. I received text communication letting me know when the repair was done, when the vehicle went into the paint phase and when the vehicle would be ready for.pick up. Received a message that it would be 23 days before vehicle was ready. Then just a few days later we were notified that it was ready and we needed to pick it up that day. Communication was very poor. We planned on the 23 days but then had to adjust our schedule.

The whole process was super easy from beginning to end. I appreciated the daily status updates, and the relatively quick turn around time. The guys did an excellent job on the repairs and I was pleasantly surprised to get it back washed and detailed. I won’t have any problems recommending your business to anyone who needs car/body repairs. I hope to not need your services anytime soon, but if the need arises… I’ll be back!

This was the best car repair experience we have had! And we have had a LOT of cars and many accidents with 6 kids over the years. They were meticulous every step of the way and got the car done five days early. These guys take great pride in their shop, their work and their reputation. On top of that they are super personable and kind. I cannot recommend or thank them enough!
