Every time I called someone answered very promptly and knew who I was and what was happening with my car. They were very polite. Accept when they said my car would be ready on a specific day, I spoke to them the night before to make sure I could arrange a ride. They said they'd call me the next morning and arrange a time to pick up. But that didnt happen. I got a text update in the middle of the day saying it wouldn't be ready for another 5 days. And when I tried to call to see what was happening, no one answered. I called a few times. I felt like they were avoiding me. I found that to be very childish.

It was wonderful to have the experience with Philip and crew. Everything was done in such a wonderful timely manner and it looks beautiful and the car is running good and I even appreciate the fact that they washed it on the outside and even vacuumed it up some things off the inside floorboards that have been there for a while. First my name is Barbara not James. The car looks beautiful. The workmanship for that part is great. Lift gate does not work! The communication in your business is the unbearably Bad. You had my car for two months. You could not get the parts. I could have been driving my car for weeks!!!! Instead, I spent over $1,500 on a rental car!! No communication!!! No communication!!! I have a business and we would be out of business without communication!!! So, I am happy with the workmanship but angry about the rest! I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone! Sincerely.
