Chad did an excellent job explaining the extent of the repair, the cost and the time needed to complete the work.Periodic updates via text kept me informed of the work progress. Upon visiting the shop when work was well underway Dave the technician clearly described the status and how the repair was progressing. The completed repair is excellent and the whole car was spotlessly clean when I picked it up.. I am very happy with the results. I would go back to Classic Collision with any future auto body repair needs.

Classic Collision in Lake Elmo, MN did an outstanding job in repairing my car. Chad, the coordinator, clearly explained the work to be performed and the estimated time of completion. He kept me up to date via text on the work progress. Dave, the technician who did the work, was very accommodating when I dropped by to see how work was going. He patiently answered my questions and explained what was being done in the repair. The car looked fantastic when done and was detailed cleaner than I could have imagined.
