Rental car issues from paper work not filled out as was explained, due to the fact I drive semi and couldn’t pickup or drop off the rental which is covered by my insurance,so my son in-law offered to pickup and return the car for me. Instead of putting my name on the paperwork they used his name so my insurance wouldn’t pay for it and I now have a 187.00 charge to me even after I explained it I person on a Monday I was done early and again on the phone when I found out one was never scheduled.i had to schedule it because I was told it wasn’t possible that day it was being dropped off and it would be 3-4 days later.
