Over a quarter of a tank of gas was used while my car was there. They said they only drove it 6 miles. That didn't make sense to me. The paint job wasn't good, apparently something happened to their paint booth. I felt like the car came back with more scratches then it had before it went in. Plus I noticed a scratch across the leather seat on the side they were doing the work in the back. I would not recommend this place and wished I would have never taken my vehicle there.

I didn't want to write this review because the "old" shop had done a good job for previous issues and Bill is a very nice guy. But, you've asked three times now. My Jeep had been rear ended. CC estimators only found damage to the spare tire, wheel and wheel holder. This was addressed. However, I presented concrete evidence that things were not fully corrected (bike rack wasn't fitting properly and was rendered unusable). With increasing frustration with CC being unable to identify any other problems I chose to take the Jeep to another specialist. Within 60 seconds this new person identified subtle damage to the tail gate, bumper and the hitch. All of which added up to a significant amount of damage estimates. I was extremely disappointed in the competency of CC. I won't be using their services again.
