I appreciated that I could get my car in to get repaired quickly after requesting service. When I went and picked up my car, I was very satisfied with my repairs however, my AC was not working. I think it was Jesse who assisted me, and he was awesome with checking my fuses and running a diagnostic. He figured out it was my fan motor. The reason for the 7 is because I called the next day asking if I could schedule a time to get my fan motor repaired there given they had diagnosed the problem, but I never heard back. I wish I would have been made aware that my fan motor stopped working during the 14-15 days my car was in the repair shop.
