The job to fix the hail dents was great and overall the detailing the exterior was mostly good except for a couple of scuff marks from the buffing process on certain parts of the car. The interior detail was ok, most of was cleaned but with a lot of streak marks everywhere but the worst part was the drive side floor. They obviously cleaned the floor mat because there was a bit of water but under it and around the floor area was so much garbage, it looked like they just emptied every from the floor mats to the cover the driver floor area. Also, some weird new code came up and the car is making a weird noise.

My previous statement about the engine code issue was wrong, seemed to be a weird one off thing so I apologize for even suggesting the shop had anything to do with it. They also tried to fix the other issues which was appreciated and maybe another time I would've taken up their offer, but too busy to deal with dropping off car and getting rentals again. So I'll give it 9/10 for their customer service afterwards and since they did an almost complete job the first time, should just be more careful first time around

Before dropping off my car, made scheduling super easy on my end and very friendly the day of in the office. During repairs, I appreciated the updates I got from them. Pickup was smooth and hand off of the rental is always a breeze. Even though had some complaints, they got back to me relatively quickly and offered to fix them. So 10/10 for sure

I was devastated with the hail damage caused to my vehicle, which I purchased only 13 months ago. I was amazed at how easy Classic Collision made the entire process from my initial contact with Stephanie in the front office, Jesse who did the initial inspection/walk around vehicle with me and Mike, who saw through the entire process to ensure my vehicle was perfect-exterior and exterior.
